The Kona Splice 29er Mountain Bike is a hardtail mountain bike that seems to be trying to appeal to a wide range of riders with its simple black, unisex frame, top specification and 29er style.
Among its components are the Kona 7005 Aluminium butted frameset and Tektro Novella mechanical disc brakes and it promises a reliable performance from a carefully designed, compact model.
“Smooth riding at great value” is the tag line for this bike but it doesn’t give much away about what to expect.
Are buyers pleased with the capabilities and features or does this “value” tag mean its leaves a little to be desired.
